The So Cal Dirt Karters Club (SCDK) is a non-profit club that promotes kart racing as a safe, fun, and competitive motorsport in the Southern California area. Our club strives to promote top quality, professionally managed events. Classes are run under uniform rules that are impartially enforced, providing fair competition and safety for all those involved. We adhere to high standards in our efforts to provide the most competitive racing program possible for everyone. We believe in a family oriented and friendly environment to make our events enjoyable for all who participate.
Event requirements
- ALL attendees (drivers, mechanics, spectators) must sign the insurance waiver and obtain a wristband from both the Main Gate AND the SCDK Registration table upon entering the event.
- An SCDK Membership is required to enter this race. Membership can be added at time of Pre-registration. All racers will be eligible for championship season points. (This does not apply to Mowers).
- Pre-registered racers will receive a $10 discount over race day entries.
- This event is run utilizing SoCal Dirt Karters 2025 rule book. Visit socaldirtkarters.com to download a copy.
- All drivers and a parent/guardian must attend the drivers' meeting at the beginning of the event.
- Trophies and prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of racing in a formal podium ceremony.
Perris Raceway General Facility Rules
- All MOTORIZED vehicle riders in the pits MUST wear a helmet. This includes quad, motorcycle and mini-bike riders.
- Overnight parking IS permitted at Perris Raceway. Contact Perris Raceway or SCDK Staff for approval.
- No pets are allowed anywhere near the grid, tech or scales area.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited until racing has concluded.
- Any foul language or bad behavior will result in you being asked to leave.
- Racers must take used tires, fuel cans, and any large boxes with them. Leaving these items at Perris Raceway may result in a $150 fine.
